BLT Architects NV LLC was formed by the owners of BLT Architects in 2006 to practice architecture in the State of Nevada.
This newest entity complements a successful legacy begun in 1961 as Bower and Fradley Architects, known today as BLT Architects, which practices outside of the State of Nevada.
BLT Architects NV LLC's process is founded upon two noteworthy hallmarks. With the support of a 100-person staff of professionals, it is a deliberate internal focus on architectural and interiors capabilities only, that we may groom "best in class" studio members. Second, is the consequent ability to select engineering and specialty consultants with strengths in specific project typologies to augment and complement the capabilities of the in-house personnel. Regularly engaging associate architects, interior designers and other venture partners, when appropriate, leverages the strengths of our design knowledge and expertise to a higher degree. Thus, each of our project teams is custom-tailored to our client's specific program, schedule and budget to ensure astounding success.
